We have been in the executive search business since 1984. Originally founded in London, with an office in the old Spitalfields fruit market, where we focused on information technology. Today, we are located just outside of New York City and have evolved into a a specialized recruitment firm that delivers high-impact talent globally, across multiple industries and disciplines. We are driven, passionate, and unrelenting in our commitment to quality. Enabling our clients and candidates to achieve their full potential. OUR SERVICES

Container Based Search

We don’t believe in the old and antiquated retained search model where a full fee would be paid after 90 days, regardless of progress. Instead, we offer two flexible models where we ask for a small “container” at the commencement of the search but won’t bill a penny more until key deliverables are met. In addition, we will guarantee any “container” placement for a full year. You will find our approach refreshingly supportive and collaborative.

Talent and Market Mapping / Competitor Mapping

Want to better understand the talent pool or your competitor landscape? Book our highly skilled research team for a minimum of 40 hours and we will identify the key players at any company or in any industry. We can subsequently directly head hunt anyone you select.  Any interested candidate will then be presented and is then yours to proceed with, and no fee is payable. You will then take over the candidate process once we’ve established common ground and a mutual interest.  This is a cost effective way of filling your opening.

In our unwavering pursuit of success, and somewhat uniquely in our space, we learnt a long time ago to listen first and foremost. OWNER PROFILE

Chris is the owner and Managing Director of Marshall Wilkins Search & Selection. He brings over 25 years in global recruitment expertise to his clients, leveraging his network, deep domain expertise, sourcing strategies and understanding of the ever evolving landscape to find high performing leaders that will drive strategic growth and bring a competitive advantage to his client base.

During his career Chris has worked in both retained and contingency search and has also held in-house talent acquisition leadership roles for many well known organizations such as PwC, Deloitte, Ingersoll Rand, DSM, Siemens, RSM, Navigant/Guidehouse and NVA Group. Having also managed retained searches conducted by the likes of Korn Ferry, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zender, as well as being placed by retained search firms himself, he is uniquely equipped to ensure he brings all those learnings and best practices to his clients.

Chris has lived both sides of the pond and is currently based just outside of New York City. When not recruiting Chris enjoys throwing himself down a mountain on a bicycle, racing motor cars, traveling and hiking with his faithful border collie and supporting Ipswich Town football Club.
